Jessica L. Ransom is also the Co-CEO / Executive Producer of The Gig Media. The Gig Media is a BIPOC/Women-Owned/LGBTQIA production company. The Gig Media focuses on having film and tv production reflect the world, and the world includes Gay, Straight, Queer, Trans, Bi, Black, White, Asian, Indian, and so on. The Gig embodies the voices that have been silenced for decades. The voices that have been enslaved. The voices that couldn’t vote. The voices that were seen as three-fifths of a person.
The Gig Media offers scripting / ideation, directing, production (i.e. line producing / production management), post producing, editorial, finishing, motion graphics, and VFX services.
The Gig Media produces, directs, and writes original content (i.e. short films, branded docs, reality tv shows, scripted tv shows, feature films, commercials, digital content, etc)
Clients include: Netflix, Vox, etc
